Aura Protocol needed a flagship decentralized exchange built on a custom Layer-2 rollup to power ecosystem liquidity. They required sub-millisecond UI updates, concentrated liquidity curves similar to Uniswap v3, and automated cross-pair routing.
Standard AMM smart contracts suffered from high gas overhead and suboptimal slippage on cross-pool hops. The client also needed to prevent sandwich bots on public mempools and provide institutional traders with real-time TradingView depth charts without RPC rate limiting.
Crypaura engineered custom Solidity smart contracts using bitwise tick-spacing math and Yul assembly. We developed a proprietary off-chain routing daemon in Rust that computes multi-hop swap routes with zero slippage. We integrated private transaction sequencing to prevent frontrunning and built a sub-50ms WebSocket indexing cluster.
AuraDex launched on mainnet securing over $120M in Total Value Locked within 60 days. Cumulative trading volume surpassed $1.2B with zero downtime, and gas consumption was reduced by 34% compared to standard AMMs.
