Rust Core Protocol Engineer (SVM / Layer-2)

Role Overview

Looking for a high-performance systems engineer to build sub-millisecond matching engines, custom SVM programs, and modular rollup node clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ultra-low latency trading execution engines and MEV searchers in Rust.
• Implement custom Solana SVM programs using Anchor framework.
• Build distributed WebSocket relayers and RPC caching infrastructure.
• Benchmark and profile memory allocation and concurrency bottlenecks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Rust experience in systems programming, trading, or blockchain.
• Strong knowledge of async runtimes (Tokio), lock-free data structures, and WebSockets.
• Experience with Solana SVM, Cosmos SDK, or Substrate runtime environments.
