If you are dissatisfied with any part of BlueProxy, your only remedy is to discontinue using the service.

2. Nature of the Service

BlueProxy enables indirect browsing of external websites.
This means:

  • The target website may not see your actual IP address; however, we do not guarantee full anonymity, as some requests may still bypass our servers depending on browser behavior or unsupported resource types.

  • Any external website accessed through BlueProxy is not owned, controlled, or endorsed by us.

  • We are not responsible for malware, harmful content, or damages caused by visiting third-party websites through the service.

3. Legal Use Only

BlueProxy may offer Premium Access, which includes:

  • Access to faster and less congested proxy servers

  • Ad-free browsing experience

  • Option to select preferred servers

  • Increased or removed file size limits

  • Priority technical support

6.1 Premium Account Limitations

By using a Premium subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All general Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy also apply to Premium users.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or abuse the service.

  • Premium accounts may not be shared, resold, or used on more than one device simultaneously.

  • Due to technical limitations, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all websites or online platforms.

  • It is the user’s responsibility to test the free version before purchasing Premium.

Refunds are provided only if required by applicable law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or block your access to BlueProxy, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You use the service unlawfully

  • You misuse or overload system resources

  • Your behavior negatively impacts system performance or other users
